It’s summertime here in the UK ~ and so far it’s been a hot one 🌞 It’s been a busy time at Mill Bridge Gallery too, as we all said our goodbyes to talented abstract artist Mandy Dye  (who has flitted to even warmer climes down in Wiltshire) and welcomed in Sue Cutts  who works mainly with acrylics, texture and mixed media. Her work is inspired by the natural world around her, especially the ever changing skies, colourful reflections on water and the peaceful landscapes of the Dales. This is one of her stunning paintings, entitled “The Fox Who Waited”

Last week was the annual Gargrave Art Exhibition, where I was lucky enough to sell these two mixed media pieces to a truly lovely person who fell in love with them:

It’s such a wonderful experience to witness someone connecting really deeply with your art.
